Which Carpet Style is Right for You?

SAXONY: Smooth, soft cut-pile surface. Versatile in performance & in appearance. Works well with traditional rooms. Used a lot in formal areas.

TEXTURED SAXONY: Helps hide footprints. Great casual appearance. Extremely popular style. Ideal for active families. Can be used in any room.

FRIEZE: Smooth, soft cut-pile surface. Versatile in performance & in appearance. Works well with traditional rooms. Used a lot in formal areas.

CUT & UNCUT: Distinctive carved appearance. Cut and loops give a variety of surface levels. Multi-colors help hide stains and traffic. Fits a variety of room settings

MULTI-LEVEL LOOP: Several different levels of loops. Creates a unique looking pattern effect. Has a casual appearance. Very durable, hides traffic well

Carpet Fibers

Smart Strand/Triexta: This new fiber has luxurious softness, superior long-lasting durability, and permanent built-in stain resistance.

Nylon: This synthetic carpet fiber is popular because it offers tremendous value, performance and ease of maintenance. Additionally, nylon provides brilliant colors and hides both soil and traffic well.

Olefin: Also called polypropylene, olefin fibers are commonly used in the construction of berbers, level loops and outdoor carpets. Olefin carpets are highly stain, static, mold and mildew resistant.

Polyester: This fiber gives excellent color clarity with a soft feel to the carpet, however, lacks the durability of a nylon carpet.

Acrylic: This fiber has a real wool look. Used mainly in level loops, bath mats and some velvet carpet styles, it offers good mold and mildew resistance with low static levels.

Wool: Although somewhat expensive, wool offers great bulk, performance and an elegant look.
